Our room is right next to a construction/reno area, so I was worried about dust. No worries though, because the room and hall are immaculate! Our fridge stopped working, but one call and Mai brought us up a new one, and was so sweet about it! The staff is fantastic (especially Mai), the rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. Highly recommend!
Room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Continental breakfast was good. Staff were exceptional. Only minor snafu is that the digital room key on their app didn't issue to me correctly and "physical" key cards didn't work either making for some extra hassle.
The night receptionist was exceptional, the rooms were clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast was very good.
For handicap room only. Tub flooring slippery. Handrails for standing shower - 3 out of 4 rails too low. Toilet low. Curtain controls inaccessible to people in chairs or walkers. Tub should have a gate for easier access or a walk-in type of entry. Otherwise room was clean and very nice. Would normally rate a 4 or better. Pricing too high, the highest in Onalaska.
We were in town for an archery tournament and stayed at this Hampton. The hotel was also hosting girls hockey players, but you would've never known. The hotel was quiet, the room was clean, the towels were fluffy and the breakfast spread was varied and hot. Thank you!
The rooms were very nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. They were very accessiable as well. My service dog was welcomed, and had space to be a dog when she was off duty. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would highly reccommend this hotel. I would stay here again.
Stayed here for week-lomg business trips on 2 separate occasions. Nice staff. Nice facility. Rooms were good. 3 restaurants that are basically across the parking lot. A few more within walking distance.
Room was very comfortable and clean, coffee 24/7 (huge win), staff was very pleasant, explained rooms service options (stayed a week), pool and hottub were closed, but that did not matter to us. Only issue, internet seemed a little unstsble. Looking forward to staying again.
